Take me out to the ball game...

As you can see, a "Cardinal's Game" was one of the things that Adam and I HAD to do this summer :)

Oh darn right? Ha! We got an amazing deal courtesy of my sister and were able to get a party box with free food and drinks all night. It was awesome!! After the fourth inning we walked around and found some empty seats way down by the field. The weather was almost too beautiful to be inside a party box :) The game was so quick, and we left at the top of the 8th to beat all of the traffic. It was a very very wonderful night. Walking with Adam, hand in hand, around downtown was so magical. These are the days that I want to remember for the rest of my life :) I was also able to see my beloved Arch which is always a plus!
Here are some pics from our night:
Before the game:

Adam's new hat!! Sorry Boston family :) He's a Cardinal fan now!!

Pics from during the game (Isn't the sky amazing):

The guy in front of us had the coolest hat. The tag on the inside said Made in China with lots of love <3 Ha! I loved it...

After the game, walking back to the car:

and throught the All Star Arches:

And I feel so jodified with this next picture :) I saw this parking spot and it is Adam and I's anniversary 2-28...

That is definitely going to be framed I think!!
Lastly, when we got home this is what we saw crossing the street... A mamma and her two sweet baby fawns :) They were teeny tiny:

I love that we live in the "city" yet my neighborhood is full of wildlife. Precious!! Well, I hope you all have a great Thursday planned. I have also blogged over at Jamie's blog today, Inspired Mess. Check it out!
Today I am heading to the pool to water walk with my mom while Adam has another interview...good luck husband!!
The rest of the day will be dedicated to sewing sewing and more sewing!!
love you!

it's funny though because i grew up in arizona, and they have a football team called the cardinals and even though i had told myself "not the same cardinals" like 5 hundred times, i couldn't help it and thought to myself, "she lives in arizona?! wait... no... i sent her something, i know her address..." lol. anyway, it sounds like a super fun night!
