pretty packaging.

I am happy to say that it isn't even December yet, and all of our Christmas present have been purchased and wrapped.
I am a firm believer that the packaging of a present should be just as lovely as the gift inside.  I haven't taken a photo of the way I wrapped ours this year but I have found some amazing packaging inspiration online.
Here are some of my favorites...

Hopefully those images get you as inspired to make pretty packages this year as it did for me!  How are you doing your packages this year?

  1. Those are some great ideas.....I'll be lucky if I get everything bought and thrown into gift bags! :)

  2. Love all the ideas with kraft paper. That's usually my go-to wrapping paper, but this year I bought striped and floral patterned wrapping paper and I made labels with lots of sparkly (obviously fake) jewels.

  3. Janel, The wrappings are lovely, well done for being so organised, I was hoping to be more prepared this year, I was hoping to do something with decorated recycled paper...we'll see, blessings, Amanda

  5. I am a big believer on pretty gift wrapping. I have a nice stock pile of wrapping paper and love sitting down and spending the time to careful wrap gifts and add little finishing touches to them. The photos you posted are just adorable! it's inspiring me for this holiday seasons gift wrapping for sure!
