the babe.

Well my little girl is almost 5 weeks old!!

I seriously don't know where the time has gone.

Sometimes it feels like she has been in our lives forever and other times it feels so new.

What I do know is that our family feels whole now.

This little miss lights up my world in ways I could have never imagined before.

We had a Lifestyle Shoot with my friend Jodie a couple of weeks ago and we were able to get a sneak peek of some of the photos...They are AMAZING!  

This is the only one I can share now because you can't really see Amelia at all in it :)

My oh my, I can not wait for the day when I can actually share photos of her!!

She is gorgeous, seriously, oh my goodness.

Here are some 1 month treasures:

*  At her 1 month checkup, she was 9.8 lbs and 21 1/2 inches 

*  She smiles a lot :)

*  We started her in her crib this weekend and she has slept 6-7 hours a night in there ever since

*  She loves being read to

*  She loves being sung to by her daddy

*  she loves baths and tries to swim around

* she loves to scoot when she's doing tummy time

* she loves being held

*   she eats like a champ

*  she tries to mimic kissing me when I kiss her

*  she has awesome neck control

* she loves her Sofie toy

* Catalina and Picasso are both totally smitten with her and want to lay right up next to her as much as possible.

*  She loves to be outside and we take family walks a lot

*  she's a good shopper :)

*  she sleeps through church every week but always raises her little hands up in the air during the songs.

*  She does the cutest little "old man face" where she wrinkles her forehead and makes a little "o" with her mouth.  It's our favorite face ever.

*  She has the most dramatic stretching routine that lasts like 15 minutes every morning when she wakes up!

We are so incredibly blessed you guys.

Our dreams have come true in this little girl.
