handmade toys.

One of my favorite collections of Amelia's right now, is her handmade doll collection.  Since we had been planning for Amelia for years, I have been blessed enough to have collected a lot of amazing little toys and dolls for her.  I usually purchase these from Etsy, and I picked up some at Renegade a couple of years ago as well.  I love that they are handmade and special and I know that they will be super special to Amelia as well.

 I have been searching the internet for another sweet little doll for my sweet little girl and I made a board of some of my favorites out there right now:

Unfortunately, some of these are already sold out and others are way out of my price range, but seriously, they are lovely and special and amazing.  Do you have any favorite shops for special little handmade dolls or toys?  If so I would LOVE for you to share :)

So, although this little one has yet to make an appearance, or even give us any type of timeline, she sure made out like a bandit this Christmas!!

Out of everyone in our little family, the soon to be, scored the most gifts.

and...

Adam made an hour trip to the Eric Carle Museum while he was in Massachusetts to score tons of Eric Carle goodies for the baby (and me).  He is so sweet for surprising me with that :)  He knows that Eric Carle is my fave.  My aunt and uncle made us the A-frame tent for a little reading nook in the nursery. (project #9 is the fabric cover for it and now that I have it, I can finish taking photos of it all together to post tomorrow).

We had such a wonderful Christmas with our wonderful family.
We are blessed.

I am very fortunate that my mom saved a lot of our old fisher price toys.  We have Sesame street, a doll house, and the castle (with all of the parts).

I am so excited to play with these again with my future baby :)

antro confession...

Anthropologie is obviously amazing.

There catalogues, their displays, their window designs...everything.

My confession is that my favorite section to browse online is their children section :)

They have soooo many adorable things that I would love to have in my child's room (someday).

Here are a few of my favorite things at this moment from Anthropologie's children section :

loves time a thousand!  Another one of my most favorite sections to browse at the moment is their holiday gift wrap section!

And there "Ways to Wrap" section.

They are both  really cute to look at to get some ideas for holiday gift wrap this year :)
