my week so far...

date night

Adam and I have taken to ending our weekends with a date night at the park.  We are very fortunate to live behind an amazing park.  It has everything and it's so beautiful.  We get ice cream, and take Catalina on a walk right before sunset.  At sunset, we find a little spot, and watch the sun go down.   It's such a great tradition and one I look forward to share with our children some day :)

pretty little things...

My home ispires me a lot.

Which is good because it looks like we will be staying here at least another year :)

It's nice when you have a really really rich neighbor who is able to sell their condo super cheap to get it off their hands and then lower everyone else's property value.

awesome.

Anyway, here are some pretty, inspiring things from around my house this week :

We really do love our place so much so we are kind of excited to be staying here.

Our original plan for moving was because of our adoption and needing more space but in reality we have enough space for now.

The craft room will be turning into a full on nursery as soon as we can get some furniture for it. 

It's actually pretty exciting :)

Adam and I are all bunkered in for the night with threats of tornados and hail screaming over the sirens.
