Hi there, I'm Melisa. I am from Pittsburgh PA and I am a lover of all things handmade, fashion, and celebrity related. Myself and 3 of my best gal pals started a blog not too long ago about these sorts of things.
I work at a tattoo shop as a receptionist but whenever I have a chance, I am making unique children's (and some grown up) clothing and things.
My little business goes by "oh melisa!" I started making applique items about 3 years ago or so and have so much fun doing it!
All of my applique designs are hand drawn by me, I then cut the applique from various fabric scraps, fuse them and hand embroider each piece. Because they are made from various fabric pieces, no two are exactly the same! It makes me happy to know that each piece is truly one of a kind just like the kiddo wearing it.
